IT之家 10 月 8 日消息，科技媒体 9to5Mac 昨日（10 月 7 日）发布博文，报道称苹果通过服务器端更新，修复了少数 iPhone 17、iPhone Air、iPhone 17 Pro 和 iPhone 17 Pro Max 用户无法下载 Apple 智能（Apple Intelligence）模型的问题。

IT之家曾于 9 月 27 日报道，受影响用户反馈，在 iPhone 17 系列上无法完整下载 Apple Intelligence 相关资源，导致无法访问 Genmoji、图乐园（Image Playground）、Writing Tools 等 AI 功能。

根据 Aaron Perris 等多位受影响用户反馈，目前已能正常下载模型并使用 Apple Intelligence 功能。在 iPhone 15 Pro 及更新机型上，用户可以在“设置” → “Apple Intelligence”中检查 Apple Intelligence 是否已启用。

该媒体指出苹果未公开评论过这个问题，因此根本原因尚不清楚。
