微软确认这些Surface设备无法升级Windows 11 建议用户购买新款

微软近期更新了支持页面，针对预装Windows 10的Surface设备升级Windows 11的兼容性进行了说明。可升级的Surface设备涵盖Surface Book 2（仅限第8代Intel Core i5-8350U或i7-8650U处理器）、Surface Book 3、Surface Go 2、Surface Laptop系列（2至4代）、Surface Laptop Go、Surface Pro 6至7+、Surface Pro X、Surface Studio 2及Surface Hub 2S。用户可通过电脑运行状况检查应用确认设备是否符合升级条件，升级基于硬件适用性、可靠性、设备年龄等因素。Windows 10支持将于2025年10月14日结束，用户需考虑升级至Windows 11或采取其他措施。
